Capstone Capped

Hey yall! So I finished the Capstone or it finished me... But I got an A. I am so glad about it because the program was informative, hands on and delivered results that last a lifetime. It was general knowledge that I was the mother of five, but it wasn't general knowledge that I FULL TERM! Which means that 80% of my Entrepreneurship and Innovation journey was completed WITH JUGGLING WORK, FIVE KIDS AND A LABORIOUS PREGNANCY. I am not stating this to brag, but it's worth mentioning how much Christ can truly help you accomplish.
There were days I had to present case studies where I threw up minutes before and seconds after giving a presentation. I remember Dr. Stoltman saying "it sound like you have a lot going on". I responded "I generally have a lot going on"... I just never mention HOW MUCH. I may have lost a couple of friends due to lack of availability, but if I lost them...they weren't friends anyway!
Today, I am two weeks from delivering, in a ton of physical pain and constantly praying for my brother and family as we endure my brother's cancer diagnosis. As mentioned before, THIS IS A LOT. But if anyone can help us in health, in life and in business it's God. This reinforces what Jeff of Tech Town said about having a team. I really need a team to help with Livid Lash Pro. To fund the employment of a team I need money. To execute Livid Lash Pro I need more funding and expert advice.
I am working as hard as I can to raise funds for these endeavors. This week I have applied for the DEGC and MEDC grant and the IFW grant. I am sharing the funding info with other entrepreneurs, so even if I don't get it... they might be able to. I don't want to just belong to an entrepreneurial network, I want to help sustain the success of my network.
Livid Lash Pro has got to happen. So much so, that I am experiencing Braxton-Hicks contractions, but need to deliver a 60-sec video for the IFW grant...

It's four hours later, and I dawned the Livid Static Magnetic Lashes, drew on the Livid Brows and got to work!

Moral to this story is, if you are an entrepreneur, "Stuff don't stop". Even when I stop, business resumes. Even when there is a pandemic, business resumes. Make sure you align your business with a Team that ensures business resumes at all times.
